Account Registration & KYC Verification
To access real-money games on paytime, you must complete the full registration process and pass KYC identity verification. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and Philippine mobile number.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Processing
All monetary transactions on the paytime Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). paytime does not accept or process payments in any foreign currency unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Prohibited Conduct

Account Suspension, Closure & Fund Return

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, paytime may withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where fraud or prohibited conduct is confirmed, the balance may be permanently forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct — for example, a player-requested closure — paytime will process a withdrawal of the remaining balance to the player's verified payment method within the standard processing timeframe.

paytime accepts no liability for:
- Losses arising from unauthorized access to a player's account where the player failed to maintain reasonable account security, including the use of a secure password and two-factor authentication.
- Losses arising from game decisions made by the player, whether those decisions were informed or uninformed.
- Disruption to Platform access caused by third-party internet service providers, Philippine telecommunications networks, or player device failure.
- Any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss or damage not directly and primarily caused by a confirmed fault on the part of paytime.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
